For a small annual fee, you can supplement your membership by joining the support group of your choice, giving you exclusive admission to exciting events, additional discounts and opportunities to meet others who share your interests.

Friends of Photography: $30/person
The Friends of Photography are dedicated to increasing public awareness of fine art photography through lectures, seminars, and workshops. Members help promote and augment the Museum’s photography collection, the largest in Florida.
Friends of Decorative Arts (FODA): $20/person
FODA is a support group for the Decorative Arts program. The decorative arts – fine furniture, jewelry, ceramics and glass – are all around us and in the Museum. FODA expands understanding of their variety and beauty. The Group meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 2:00 pm (September – May) for programs on acquisitions, exhibitions, lectures, and symposia. Non-FODA members can attend for $5, plus MFA admission.
The Contemporaries: $20/person
The Contemporaries seeks to build engagement among contemporary art enthusiasts with the Museum of Fine Art’s diverse programming, with a focus on supporting contemporary artists and exhibitions throughout the Tampa Bay area. The educational meets the social at The Contemporaries’ events, which include visits to artists’ studios and collectors’ homes; trips to contemporary institutions; a lively conversation series focused on local artists; and other fundraising events.
Marly Music Society: $50/person (Special MFA 50th Anniversary Price)
Marly Music Society members foster an understanding of the relationship between the performing and visual arts. Membership supports the museum concert series and other special events.
Collectors Circle: $500/person
For those with special interest in the collection and connoisseurship, this small group enjoys special benefits and activities. Please contact the Director or the Membership Office by phoning (727) 896-2667.
The Margaret Stuart Acheson Society
The Stuart Society is the largest support organization of the Museum of Fine Arts. Their mission is to promote the welfare of the Museum; to stimulate public interest and participation in Museum’s activities; to increase the Museum’s general membership; and, to maintain a close acquaintance with the activities of the Museum.
